Many women who report sexual-performance problems aren't particularly worried about them.In various studies attempting to rate sexual satisfaction, between one-third and one-half of females report sexual dysfunction. However, only about 10 percent are concerned by it.
In general, women are more likely to report sexual problems than men, and their problems tend to be with desire, rather than with plumbing issues.
One theory as to why so many women will brush off bad sex is because they still value the intimacy of sex, even if the experience itself isn't as pleasurable as they feel it should be.
In other words, a post-coital snuggle can make up for all sorts of shortcomings.
