But yesterday, the issue reached the last level as nine Supreme Court justices (aka the final bosses) heard a hearing on the constitutionality of banning the sale of violent video games.

In response, the Entertainment Consumers Association staged a pro-gaming rally, which the crew at Joystiq covered, as well as providing up-to-date reporting on the legal battle, including the 72-page transcript of the oral arguments.
