With just days left to go in 2010, it seemed like Double Rainbow Guy was going to be the year's most recognizable meme.

Now, an unidentified woman, whom we'll call the Blizzard Lizard (or the Snow Monster?) has struck a late blow for the ladies.

Set among the desolate, eerily-silent streets of New York City this weekend, the Blizzard Lizard is getting high off all that snow -- and we don't mean cocaine. In a YouTube video, user Schlockumentaries wandered around the Lower East Side of Manhattan at one in the morning to bring you her very, very important thoughts on the snowpacolypse.

"This is insane!" she gushes, narrating a scene that is basically totally not insane. In fact, it's peaceful out on 1st Avenue, where far less snow appears to have fallen than elsewhere in the city.

Imagine what would happen if this lady and the Double Rainbow Guy got together. They would probably spend their lives filming light changes at intersections. "My God," they'd shout in unison. "Look at the beautiful greens and yellows. It's like God talking to us ... or a can of Sprite!"
