2010 was a good year for highly impressive basketball-based viral videos, but 2011 looks like it's going to be even better, starting with this footage of high school basketball player Austin Groff pulling off an impressive backwards buzzer shot. Just. Like. That. Sure, it's just one move, and nothing in comparison to Kyle Singler, the b-ball trickster extraordinaire we met last November, but this wasn't done after 50 other practice tries -- this was done in an actual game, when it counted.
Though his team (Twin Valley South Ohio High) went on to lose to their opponents, Preble Shawnee High, the final score was close: 61–58.
But what were people talking about after the game? That's right, Austin Groff and his wicked flair shot.
