One of the most cost-effective forms of dangerous personal expression -- that's just as illegal as graffiti -- is currency defacing.

In a world where a $10,000,000 bill exists, it's clear money is worth less than the paper it's printed on. This makes the canvas ripe for use as a personal billboard. But a rogues' gallery doesn't have to be so unpleasant on the eyes, does it? Asylum says, "No!" We decided to flip through the online archives and uncover some evildoers with a bit more appeal -- whether it's a smile, a wink or a well-tanned shoulder. Consider it journalistic research in criminal justice trends.

In the 1980s, "Fatal Attraction" was the pop-culture phenomenon that led men to second guess whether they should be getting a little on the side. But while Glenn Close's woman scorned went somewhat overboard with the bunny boiling and homicidal rage, she never broke out the spray paint and let the world know her true feelings.

The art of the wedgie has ancient roots. Most historians believe that fabric was first yanked up a butt crack almost immediately following the advent of underpants. Meanwhile, some noted scholars argue that the first wedgie may have been exacted long before that, around the time crotches began to be sewed into loincloths.

No matter where you come down on this debate, you most likely possess a fear of the wedgie that was instilled at an early age. Be it from a sibling, a parent or anyone else you mistakenly thought you could trust, we all learn at some point to watch those lurking around our waistbands.

We were able to track down these photos of people who were not lucky enough to avoid devastating wedgies, and have classified these crack attacks by their proper names.
