THE DELIVERY: Essentially Cocoa Krispies mixed with regular Krispies that've been hit with a vanilla-esque flavoring. Yep, snappin' civil rights by the spoonful. Best with whole milk, which helps weigh them down in the bowl and reminds us what a great country this is when all Krispies work together.
