'knowing' how to do this doesn't necessarily lead to success.
For all those who know how to do this, we COULD all actually revere your wise perspicacity and hey, with such abilities, how about a little light and NO venom: This is exceedingly serious stuff.

May 26th 2010 12:32AM I'm the engineer who's responsible for the whole damn refinery which, as you notice as you pass in the [day or]night, is thrumming along, brightly lit in some places, and dangerous as hell. If, among the refinery's various specialized plants 'hydrogen reforming' is done in volume, then there's 96%-98% pure hydrogen gas circulating and combining--at high velocity--with crude oil distillates [commonly known as 'gas oils' at over 2000 degrees Fahrenheit and at over 2000psia [pressure]. So this kind of refinery--almost universally found in these days of '$ consolidation'--is a REAL BOMB, potentially.
That's what I'm doing right now. I can also tell you about my supervising and making decisions for EVERYTHING, much as in a refinery, on three medium-sized drilling rigs 30-50 miles offshore SW Louisiana. Well, it's more dangerous even than the 'gas cracking' refineries.
Although alone onsite, I had/have VERY exacting bosses. Joint ventures dilute liability and often propel best talent upward.
