Previous owned homes are 90% or better rejected as not meeting the standards.

It is the law that says, we must associate, which we hate.

A CEO is generally picked by a few 'Board' Members, the very major stock owners and pushed on the rest for a vote for the position.
These are the same group of 6-8, who you must give your proxy vote authority to, if you own less than 5% of the total stock available to vote.

Apr 16th 2009 5:53PM I think your comments about Facebook shows how little you know. I use Facebook and enjoy it immensely. There are the gimmicks, sent buy companies who sponsor the 'FREE' Site. But it is all harmless fun.
The largest groups on Facebook are Europeans talking to Americans. I have 20+ relatives on Facebook, that I never met before but they are related to me.
Facebook is a cross between; Myspace/Ancestry.com/WheresWaldo; with games and groups to join and speak your mind about the topics of today.
