As he said he knows his body and it's limitations by now, having Type 1 diabetes for 41 of his 47 yrs and still going after all that he went through -the apendix bursting, brain hemorrahge,"warning" stroke, and now a hole in his heart...His fans will wait for him , he needs to take as much time as needed to get his body more healthy. He is a sweet guy I met him at a fan meet&greet last year in '09. People can crack on his age, looks, music,and hair BUT those people are talking about BRET aren't they? lol :-) Get better Bret your fans love you!

May 24th 2010 3:48PM I agree it happens all the time. Brittany had a heart condition her mother says and her husband said he took seizure med, if I haven't gotten them mixed up. I believe the video said her cause of death wasn't really confirmed. I think he , like many other spouses, died of a broken heart and it would be so horrible if her mom was in on "anything"...May Brittany&her hubby Simon R.I.P. and maybe together forever. Both taken so young.
