Feb 6th 2008 10:06PM I was in Brasil receintly and was very suprised to see that all new car are flex fuel and all service stations sell ethanol at about 25% cheaper then gas. It pays to trade in your old car to get the savings.I asked alot of people if there was any down side to using the alcohol based fuel invariably I was told none. It burns cleaner, preformes just as well if not better and is much cheaper. I would not have believed the wide spread use if I had not seen it with my own eyes.
