Lady Gaga Hatches From Egg and Into Controversy Onstage at 2011 Grammy Awards {AOL Music Blog}
Feb 14th 2011 1:09AM And how about how similar Muse's performance was to Depeche Mode's "Personal Jesus"? And Bruno Mars to "When a Man Loves a Woman"? What I want to know is...when are the lawsuits going to start flying, and when-o-when will there ever be good music anymore?!?!?!
Father Alberto CutiƩ slams the Catholic Church {Celestrellas}
Jan 6th 2011 11:36AM There's just something not right about fathers baptizing their own daughters, whether you're a legit priest or not. He should have another priest perform "that sacred and holy Sacrament." As a result, the daughter will forever remain with original sin, and he is committing divine rape with a minor.
What Teachers Wish Obama Knew About the Education System {AOL Jobs}
Oct 3rd 2010 10:13PM I just recently withdrew from a Ph.D. program so that I can pursue a Master's in teaching chemistry and AP level chemistry in high schools. Math and science teachers are extremely needed in this country, and for us to meet or surpass other nations, we have to start educating our students effectively in these areas right from the start. This is the KEY to developing a strong economy and keeping us on top.
Between the current quality of teachers and the advancement of technology creating laziness and decreased interpersonal communication, it's no wonder that we're lagging behind in math and science. I recognize that I am a "savior" in math and science education for students, but unfortunately, I'm only one person. I'll do as much as I can possibly do to help change or enhance students' lives, that's for sure.
As for me, all I ask is that I be paid around $60,000 starting salary for being a high school chemistry teacher. I'm sick and tired of hearing, "Teachers don't get paid well and they're disrespected." BS. Since math and science teachers are in high demand (and I will be WELL sought-after upon getting my master's), you have to handsomely reward them (more so than teachers in the humanities), since this is a key focus area that's critical to our nation's economy and our future. I will expect nothing less. If I'm offered $40,000, I'm walking right out the door.
35 Really Boring Video Games {Urlesque}
Aug 8th 2010 12:58AM I love how all those bible games are considered "dull." The bible IS in fact extremely dull and hypocritical after all.

Health Care Reform: All Over . . . but the Shouting {Politics Daily}
Mar 24th 2010 4:21AM Does everybody remember when Obama criticized the Supreme Court in his State of the Union Address?? Now we have states ready to sue him and/or the federal government over this health care legislation. I say, DO IT! Take it to the Supreme Court because I bet you that the Court will side with the states, just to get back at Obama. Mark these words!!! States...SUE HIS *** OFF!
Barack Obama a Profile in Courage -- Even If He's Wrong on Health Care {Politics Daily}
Mar 24th 2010 4:17AM Can we all just rise up to overthrow this government already?? Let the people SPEAK and TAKE ACTION! I am definitely voting Row A Republican all across the board this November just to overthrow the corrupt Democratic majority and to seek some amendments to this new health care law (and this coming from a registered Democrat!)
The rush to convert: Why 2010 will be the year of the Roth IRA {WalletPop}
Dec 25th 2009 5:46PM 2010 will be the year of going back to college to pursue higher education while milking the government out of every dollar and cent through student loans, which I don't intend to pay back after graduation since I'm looking to work in another country after I get my Ph.D. Thanks America, and thank you for your corrupt government! That's what you get!
Survival Guide for College Apartment Housemates {Rented Spaces}
Aug 12th 2009 5:45PM Thanks for the common sense information, but when I go to graduate school next year, I don't intend on having any roommates. Why bother with the added annoyance of who shares what, who does what, and privacy issues. Screw that...you're better off by yourself doing your own thing. I'd rather pay $200 or a little more extra a month for my own place than save cash with a housemate.
Save water and money the Brazilian way - pee in the shower {WalletPop}
Aug 10th 2009 11:06PM Ok, first of all, since when is peeing in the shower considered taboo??? What is wrong with that? I do it all the time. If I have to go while I'm in the shower, why would I want to jump out of the shower and pee in the toilet? Doing that would make my bathroom floor all wet, which could lead to a slip or fall.
Bottom line: Pee in the shower. I support it fully, and anybody who doesn't is a complete idiot. In fact, if you have athlete's foot and your pee gets on your feet, it helps cure it.
