Oct 16th 2008 4:23PM We dont have any phone or utility competitors- When it is -20 degrees we have to use what amount of fuel that we have to- We have to worry about frozen pipes-If you cut back on the heat at night it takes twice as much fuel to get the heat back- he same with the hot water- If the water isnt warm enough it is self defeating- Especially for washing clothes and dishes and showering-
