Nov 19th 2010 9:44AM Ead17, you weren't involved with Milli Vanilli back in '89, were you? Ha ha ha. That lie was a whopper. You are exactly right, though. I'm just glad Al Gore invented the internet (huh?) so that you and I and can express our opinions to the world so quickly and easily. By the way, I found a cure for cancer last week and and I have invented the flying car.
Nov 18th 2010 11:01PM The previous comments are true and accurate. Danny Gallagher, the writer of the article, clearly didn't do his homework. I suspect he's a fairly young guy but that's no excuse.
Oct 17th 2010 12:47PM Las Vegas is a "so-called family destination"? When you try to put it in that category, Las Vegas does belong on your list. But that's like saying the Yankees are an overrated football team. It's a vacation destination designed for adults and any attempt to add the family factor is both ridiculous and misleading.
Oct 15th 2010 3:27PM Chaz, you are the sane one in this group of mostly knuckleheads. NBC edits The Biggest Loser to show the most melodramatic moments for effect so everyone shouldn't jump to conclusions about what they are allowed to see. Those scenes are atypical of the workouts. How do I know? Let's just say I am close to the contestant's side of the story.
Aug 23rd 2010 3:48PM People don't care about her personal life. The entertainment media does.
Apr 1st 2010 10:25PM Can we please stop calling Roberts "America's Sweetheart"? I can't stand her. Never could. But maybe it's because I don't think a woman with a gigantic mouth is a "pretty woman."
Oct 4th 2009 10:12PM NBC is doing what NBC does best: failing because it doesn't know a good thing when it has one. They killed "ED" and "American Dreams" and almost "Friday Night Lights." The ratings weren't high enough. Well, theyhad moreviewers than most of what is on the network now. As for Leno, it's just the Tonight Show at a diffnt time. Zzzzzzzzz.........
Aug 16th 2009 1:52PM I don't care. I used to care about golf but I stopped when golf coverage stopped being golf coverage and became Tiger coverage. The sport is bigger than any player. No one follows that rule anymore it seems.
Jul 27th 2009 9:18AM Food from Maine sounds great. I have been to Maine once. It was 94 degrees and, after a long road trip from New York, I thought I'd cool off in the ocean. Big mistake. The water was very cold. I'm no stranger to cold but this was ridiculous. I later found out the temperature of the water was 58 degrees.
Mar 25th 2008 7:36AM The "greatest band on earth"? Wow. Not by a long shot, Pete.
