Mar 25th 2009 2:51AM Actually Ed, the reason we're in this mess now is the fault of first Jimmy Carter, then Bill Clinton, both of whom forced banks to lend money to minorities regardless of their ability to repay the loans. You can thank the Dems also, because several years ago every Republican in congress was warning about the potential collapse of such institutions as Freddie and Fannie, but the Dems kept insisting there was no danger. So you should probably do some research Ed into what the real problems with the economy are rather than spouting off the liberal talking points. Oh, and if you think passing a stimulus bill that is going to put our grandchildren in debt is a way out, you're wrong on that score as well.

Mar 2nd 2008 8:36PM I don't see the bus driver doing anything other than DEFENDING herself from a psycho teen who obviously was never taught how to respect her elders. This is further shown by the daughter of the bus driver's behavior, in my opinion. She runs to the front stating "That's my MOTHER." Sounds to me like the TEEN was doing the attacking, not the bus driver. Our poor teachers, bus drivers, etc now are at the mercy of these little hoods who yell at them, curse at them and then physically attack them, and if they do anything to defend themselves that comes into the slightest contact with the teen, THEY are guilty. It's a wonder we have anyone who is willing to do these jobs anymore. That mother is an idiot.

I admit, I wasn't a fan or even a watcher of this show, but I know how I would have felt if for example "Friends" had just been pulled without any kind of finale. People become very close to the characters they watch on shows week after week, and they need some kind of closure when the run ends! This is really harsh. Email the execs, and let them know how you feel!

Aug 8th 2007 6:12PM I am with CeeC...I shave off the few hairs I get on my chin and mustache in the shower. It's easy, cheap, doesn't smell funky, doesn't cause allergic reactions...why should "a woman NEVER shave her face, period!" as a previous poster stated? She didn't give us any scientific reasoning behind this statement, and if men can do it daily, why shouldn't we?
