Michael Vick Cancels Oprah Appearance {Fanhouse NFL Blog}
Feb 17th 2011 4:19PM I am surprised that Oprah would even invite him on her show. As far as I can tell she is an animal lover.
Time to Turn Off National Anthem Before Sports Events {Fanhouse - Kevin Blackistone}
Feb 9th 2011 10:30AM First of all, I find it horrible that in this article you wrote"spectators have to sit through" the anthem. I always like that part of a sporting event. To me the anthem is a sign of respect, love and a reminder of what we have and how hard our fellow countrymen fought for what we DO have. And now just because celebs dont know how to sing it or decide to put their own spin on it there is talk about doing away with it. Thanks Christina and all those others that did a terrible job..Thanks a lot.
Parents Up in Arms Over New Miley Cyrus Video {PopEater}
Oct 11th 2010 10:25PM Its hard to watch a little girl grow up. She is just not Hannah Montana anymore. She has grown into a beautiful young lady. Leave her alone.
Anderson Cooper Blasts New Vince Vaughn Trailer {PopEater}
Oct 8th 2010 2:38PM Its a movie for crying out loud. Are we raising a generation of "soft" kids? Everyone is soooo sensitive about everything. I absolutley do not condone bullying in any form but its not only the gay kids that get bullied. Fat,skin color, ugly,thin...Its horrible. So how do we stop it?
Rays Fans: It's Business, Not Personal {Fanhouse MLB Blog}
Sep 30th 2010 12:29AM Tampa Bay has an outstanding team. Young hungry players. They work hard and would be a star on any other team. They are well coached and these last few years are getting the respect they deserve. And as you all know those fans will be there in droves once the play off start. Its really a shame and disrespectful and I don't blame the team one bit for the way they feel. Band wagon fans..like fair weather friends.And those tickets are very very affordable. So that is no excuse.
Tom Brady Blames Gisele Bündchen for His Justin Bieber Hair {Stylelist}

How I Finally Got Over My Mother's Death {Lemondrop}
Aug 23rd 2010 8:06PM Wow..Powerful stuff. I just lost my mom in Feb. She was 87. She lived a good long life next door to me and her 3 grandchildren. My dad died in '77. It is never easy when we lose our moms no matter what age we are. When we lose them at such a young age it is as if we are gyped out of everything that they teach us and all the good stuff ahead. They are our very first friend in life and love us no matter what we do.No one knows us like our moms. Maura, you are blessed to have a sister and a loving dad that loved your mom so much. I know you know that. But we can't help our feelings sometimes. My best friend lost her mom when she was only 3 years old. She does not remember her. When I think of that I KNOW how lucky I was. Move forward with these insights you discovered. We realize so much more when we become parents ourselves. Your Irish. The Irish don't say good bye. They say."See you later" She knew it would not be good bye. (I am sorry for rambling. Take care.
Kathy Griffin Hassles Hasselbeck {AOL Hot Searches}
Jul 27th 2010 3:16PM I agree..I don't think there is anything funny about her. She is mean and nasty. She is unfair too. If she is going to pick on people no one should be safe but she targets her victims. And it always seems to be someone that doesn't agree with her, Someone that is unpopular "according to the View". She must have been picked on in kindergarten or something because she has turned into everything no one likes.
Bill 'Spaceman' Lee Isn't Shedding Any Tears For George Steinbrenner {Fanhouse MLB Blog}
Jul 16th 2010 2:54PM Why do so many people have a problem with the truth? He was asked a question and now is being dragged through the press for it. He spoke honestly and what he had to say about other things about George is true. Isn't it funny just how wonderful someone is once they are gone?.
I am a Red Sox fan. I didn't think I would miss George but since his retirement I have missed him for a few years now. He was a worthy adversary and at times an unfair one. But never the less He was fantastic for the Yankees.
George Steinbrenner Put the Bombast Into Bronx Bomber {Fanhouse MLB Blog}
Jul 13th 2010 4:51PM I am a Red Sox fan and we have missed George for a while now since he retired. He brought so much passion to the game. SOX/Yanks game are not the same with out him. He also made very large donations to the Jimmy Fund telethon every August. R.I.P George..
