Why the assault on Wendy's? Sure, it's fast food, and terrible for you, high in sodium, etc etc, but at least they give you OPTIONS. It's fast food, no one expects it to be 100% healthy. It's the only fast food place in which I will eat. I can get a grilled chicken sandwich, with what I want on it, and a side salad for a total of 600 calories. Can't beat that elsewhere. Wendy's is the most upfront and accomodating of ANY fast food chain.

I'm confused about why Wendy's is not 'made-to-order'. What do you expect? They have a menu with certain items and you can pick and choose what you want. Thats with ANY restaurant, fast food or not. Your pithy moaning about fast food is rather absurd. Anything is fine in moderation. If you spend your whole life worrying about every single detail of your food intake, there is no longer any pleasure in eating. I go for a balanced diet mostly good, sometimes bad, but hey, I enjoy myself.
