Nov 27th 2010 10:06PM I remember Cooper, too. He was the second winningest coach at OSU, with a record of 111-43-4, winning over 70%. The only thing he and Rich Rod have in common is their inability to win the big game. Otherwise, there is no comparison. I miss the competition, but not sure if it would help more to keep him or ditch him. He's not playing Big 10 football, but isn't that what they wanted when they hired him?

Talking about last season's stats just tells us why he didn't win it LAST year. Follow your own advice and wait until the season is a little further underway. Pre-season rankings are based on expectations of things to come, not on what you did LAST season.
