Oct 19th 2009 9:34PM Instead of more and more tax breaks, why don't Republicans do something to fix the initial problem- high costs? I'm all for helping pet owners and their pets but this legislation will just add to the deficit. It seems animal heath care costs are keeping up with that of their owners and we all need real and effective solutions, not small ones aimed at the symptoms.

May 30th 2009 1:15AM FYI Meganew, sand cats (Felis margarita) are real. This was filmed in a zoo like the title of the video says and since there isn't a desert in the middle of the Bronx, of course the background is artificial. Plus, I doubt wild sand cats have red lights or automatic slidding doors in their burrows ;)
