Oct 22nd 2009 5:57PM Back in the late 1960's, I was a Chicago police officer.....I loved it, the city was awesome. It was as though something were going on all the time, and you actually felt as though you were truly a part of the city.

I then moved away, and got a job with a different agency. Now when the need to return to Chicago arises...about 45 minutes in city, and I have filled my fun quota. I think that given my choice of having a root canal done, or a trip to Chicago.....I'll opt for the root canal.
