Darth Cheney, had pretty much decieded to go to war...REGARDLESS of the facts, or the cost. For this reason alone he needs to be brought up on charges. I truly hope and pray that someone grabs his ass and takes him to Spain or Italy where he can be tried for "crimes against humanity" since appairently we don't have the stones to do it ourselves.
