Artie Lange Reportedly Stabbed Himself Nine Times {PopEater}
Jan 7th 2010 3:52PM Howard has repeatedly offered him help on air and apparently off air. Howard has kept him off the radio at times that Artie has shown up to work hungover, drunk or high on heroin or cocaine. There is only so much a friend or co-worker can do, you have to take responsibility for your own demons. Blaming Howard for Artie's baggage is ridiculous considering he came to the Stern show with all of it. Artie was fired from Mad tv for his cocaine addiction, which happened years prior to ever appearing on the Howard Stern show. I'm not a fan of Hoo Hoo, but putting the blame on Stern, a man who has by all accounts tried to help Artie above and beyond the call, is ridiculous.

Oct 26th 2009 7:33PM diymoron, no kidding it was borrowed. I was pointing out that the chants at sporting events, on television, etc. All rip off the show Remote Control, where losers were greeted by the song's chorus. No kidding that the song existed prior to MTV, you have to be a complete idiot not to understand that, which you might be because you didn't seem to.

Oct 22nd 2009 6:26PM Its not a show for children, genius. Its a show made by adults for adults. Its on FX, a channel that DOES NOT MAKE SHOWS FOR CHILDREN! Maybe you should worry about your own kids because you clearly are a terrible, humorless person.

Sep 28th 2009 7:26PM JohninDC, the word is MOOT not mute. It shows your lack of intelligence where you are criticizing things for being stupid and can't spell correctly to show your supposed superior intellect.

F bomb or no F bomb it is still Saturday Night Lame."
Tim, how many hours did it take you to come up with that line? You are a hack sir. Never try comedy writing again because you are worse than Margaret Cho.

Sep 28th 2009 7:05PM I guess you have never watched The Godfather, where Dan's post is referencing.
BTW Lynda, Moe Greene was a fictional character in The Godfather who helped build Las Vegas. Clearly he was based on Bugsy Siegel.

Sep 28th 2009 6:00PM Too bad you have selective memory. The 1970's and 1980's SNL were exactly the same as it is today comedy wise. There are some sketches that are funny, but a lot of duds. Try going back and watching those episodes from the 70's, they are painful to watch excluding certain sketches. People seem to have memories of the 1970's SNL like every minute was gold, it was not. That is why the best of episodes culled from the 70's shows are only a half hour in length and not an hour.
