Searching For the Appeal of 'Outsourced' {AOL TV}

Nov 12th 2010 6:01PM I am getting a real kick out of Outsourced. I like the fish out of water aspect of the show. I am looking forward to meeting more of the people who answer phones. The show runner has done a great job of mixing up the people who take calls. He has Hindi, Muslim and Sikh people working together. While the American / Austrilan characters are funny, the real break out stars of the show are the call center employees. Gupta is the lovable goofball, Madhuri is sweet and just watching her come into her own as a character has been fun.

Watching assistant manager Rajiv plots and scams fall apart on a regular basis is a wonderful take that.

Nov 5th 2010 4:52PM if you take regular prescription medications don't put them into one of those weekly medication holders. Carrying each pill bottle might be a pain in the butt. Trying to convince a dumb state cop in South New Jersey that you have a prescription for oxcy is impossible to prove when you don't have the bottle on hand.

Bring your dogs shot records and a book about the Keeshond breed when the same officer mistakes a dog toy for a live animal and the dog chewing on it for a wolf.

Better yet, avoid the southern part of New Jersey all together!

Oct 31st 2010 12:39PM I thought he did bomb. Him along with the entire show. Way to much time spent on green screen or shorts. I got the Back to the Future Joke the first time and while I love a good celebrity impersonation a skit made up of nothing but celebrity impersonations looses steam after the first few people.

Over all I give the episode a solid C

Confession: I Don't Like 'The Late Late Show' {AOL TV}

Jul 19th 2010 3:47PM That is what TIVO is for. I can just watch the opening monologue, then dump the rest of the show. It's easy to do that with every late night show. Except Letterman, I just don't find the guy funny. I stopped laughing at throwing food when I was two. Does he really need a room full of writers to do a top ten list?

I have spend hours and entire days on the web looking for one tiny bit of information. Information that in reality, I really don't need, but just want.

I follow most of the links my friends send me, because I want to know what my friends think is interesting.
