Mar 22nd 2010 9:31PM Hi. I'm Jennifer from Gatlinburg Camera in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. I would like to know about any small independent camera shops that are still out there. Also would like to know more about your photography project. Alex and Luke come on down to Gatlinburg and visit the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Massucci's Take: Can a fat tax fix our health care system? {Daily Finance}
Dec 10th 2009 11:15AM Another problem is that too many people assume "turkey" choices are healthier. Check the labels. The fat content may be less but check out the sodium and consider the processing. Limit food choices to natural and whole foods as close to their natural state as possible and unprocessed.
Use less meat and "automate" your food choices to avoid fast food. Any one can keep an ounce of nuts, trail mix or some fresh fruit available and it will usually satisfy until you can get to a healthy meal.

Kim Zimmer Talks About the End of 'Guiding Light' {Inside TV Blog}
Sep 18th 2009 4:54PM I would love to watch from the beginning. Sad for the story to end, like getting to the end of a good book and reading it again at some point.
Kim Zimmer Talks About the End of 'Guiding Light' {Inside TV Blog}
Sep 18th 2009 3:41PM TOO FUNNY!!! So sad to see GL end. I would have supported some kind of tax exempt status to help the show continue financially because of the mental health benefits it obviously provided by being an extended family, a happy break and many wonderful memories and shared experiences to many generations of loyal fans.
Ricki Lake on staying slim {That's Fit}
Oct 26th 2007 7:17PM I am a 45 year old 5'6" 135 lb size 6 and to maintain my weight and size I make sure to exercise, usually walking my dog, yoga, light weights, etc. and try to eat at least 1400 to 1500 calories a day. If you assume a woman needs to eat 1800 to 2000 calories a day therein lies the problem with so many women being overweight. I try to eat a variety of healthy foods with at least 25 to 30 grams of fiber daily. I have never dieted and the best way I have found to determine how many calories I need daily is to assume that if I weigh 120 lbs I need 1200 calories, 130 lbs - 1300 calories, 140 lbs - 1400 calories, etc. This is to maintain weight. If you cut back on caloric intake your metabolism will invariably slow down, and so if you want to lose some weight make sure you consume the calories that match your current weight and increase the percentage of fiber in your tatal calories. It works.
