Aug 18th 2010 6:40PM I prefer to cook at home, rather than dining out because I am diabetic. Having diabetes has really awaken me to the additives that restaurants put into their dishes. I have to be strict with my carbs and sugars, so I just prefer to cook health homecooked meals.

Sarah McLachlan 'Forgiveness' -- New Song {AOL Radio Blog}

Jul 2nd 2010 3:29AM Wow, Sarah has certainly thrown all her raw emotions into this album. I am that kind of person who uses music to my advantage. If, I want to work through some trials and tribulations, I look for an artist that has gone through such and puts their heart and emotions into every little lyric. With Sarah McLachlan, who quite honestly sounds like an angel" you get just that. You get life lived, life wrote into a song that you can let meld in your mind as you work through your own emotions. Or you can sing along with it with that intense therapeutic release of energy. I believe Sarah has not held anything back on this album. Her song Forgiveness is so thought provoking, that it can play to your emotion to forgive those who have wronged you, or that maybe you need to seek forgiveness for those your wronged.

If you are looking for an album that has meaning, has meat, has rawness of emotion, then I recommend you purchase Sarah McLachlan's Laws of Illusion album.

One thing that my mom did teach me and I thought it was genius, was to freeze koolaid in our ice cube trays. We would either stick Popsicle sticks in them or put them in our tupperware glasses and smash them up into a slushy. I thought my mom was a genius.
