The bank was renting it to the foreclosed, hardly any of them had any chance to actually pay the loans, they got so involved with husseling the notes for fictious profits to claim million dollar bonuses, they lost sight of the glut of empty real estate flooding the market and driving prices down till the foreclosed property lost value and the whole deal went sour. People without jobs can't pay rent any better than payments. WHAT A MESS !

Dec 5th 2011 7:52AM There is no day in court, the banks are not following through with these foreclosures legally, they are turning these procedures over to a third party to handle at a flat rate per house, they send impressive letter with official header, illegal threats registered mail demanding the owner vacate, most home owners don't understand what is legal and what is not and are bluffed into being evicted. Some use crews that break and enter disposing of the homes contents while the owners are out, return locked out, their furniture piled up at the street. Sue who, the banks declair non responsible, try and find these professional liars?

Its auctioned by the city who keeps the proceeds. The court assess a fine, court cost or they stay in jail at $50 a day till family bails them out. Justice American style. Locally the status quo complained about a tent city growing under interstate bridges downtown, the police rolled in knocked down the tents and drove the victims out, those drunk or to tired to move found themselves in the city jail and unless you've visited, the slimy, smelly cold cells in your bare feet don't comment. Your given the phone to call whom ever has some money to hurry on down, after a few weeks your turned out less what ever money you might have had to the beautiful streets and accomidations of the bridges till complaints recycle you. The complaints generally the people driving by on their way to work noticing the eye sore, so thanks for your help correcting the situation, call on your cell phone so we can enjoy the abusive treatment and injuried ego treated like animals. The meals of molded bread, a bruised apple and a green colored boiled egg, compliments of the ex-governs wife who holds the contract to supply the meals to the prisons. Charity American style!

I doubt she really cares about who's list she's on. Happiness is not directly corresponding to money which she has plenty of, I just wish she'd pick better roles because she's not the dippsy blonde. Don't know anything about Toth except he's a lucky guy, may they enjoy some kind of normal happy life together.

Feb 25th 2011 5:10PM As a member of management, salaried, overtime wasn't ever considered worth anything, generally was a daily occurence I stayed and took care of all customers before closing, sometimes more than an hour, so I never felt promptness was required in the mornings, WRONG! It was made into a big issue so I quit! Opened my own business, never late again, the old Boss had to open himself, never had to stay late, no customers. All's right in the universe.

Tiring of the inability to reach them by phone, cable out because they mistakenly declaired my account in arears, once corrected demanded $50 reconnection fee for their mistake ! We parted company 20 yrs ago, I still don't miss them, they'll never string another cable across or into this property while I'm alive. Once you get rid of them you quickly discover you never needed them.

Oct 21st 2010 11:35AM My yacht is berthed on the NC coast, my residence is in TN, I live aboard some of the year but I it would not be proper I apply and carry a NC drivers license even though I have living quarters in both states and pay personal property taxes in NC. Would I be out of line asking Walmart for a determination if my Mastercharge is allowable under these conditions?
