Dec 7th 2007 10:02PM In California, the Family Courts take drug abuse allegations seriously!!!!It is obvious that Britney was essentially getting rid of the evidence in case a Judge wanted a hair sample. As hair grows out, any drugs used are encased in the hair shaft, so the longer the hair, the longer back in the individual's drug history the laboratory can detect. Under certain circumstances, it may desirable to obtain a historical record of drug use. In-vitro urine and saliva drug test detection rates are limited to the metabolic half life of drugs while in the body's system. Sufficient abstinence prior to a drug test can therefore produce a negative test result when in fact the individual has a history of drug abuse. Of course her ex-husband could have an old hairbrush of hers with strands left in it...
Shaving her head in public was incredibly unnessary. Why didn't she do it in the privacy of her own home? On the same night she got a tattoo, seemed very impulsive. She's was obviously under the influence during the umbrella incident as well. If I had a neighbor like her, I would assume she's on drugs and her children need to be protected. I'm not "judging" her, I'm just commenting on her actions.
