The officer drove onto the privet property to turn around? Set up raydar? Why was he there? 5. Winston, Barked at the car,it didnt go away. He then bit the tire that was on the car that wound'nt go way from his domain. 3. The officer could have backed out and left, instead gets out an spry's the dog with pepper spray and then hit with a thazer. 6. Hmmmm, Now the dog is feels intruded on, SO! and so on. NO! Winston does not need to go to school, The officer needs to go back to the academe to learn about privet property rights. I dont need a dog, But if he is going to be Kenneled or other wise, I'm in Florida. I will fly him down or go pick him up. Heck, If you come on my privet property and I ask you to leave (his case barking). The you will not go away and I stand infrount of youo and yell & you pull out a pepper spry & shot me.
