A voice in my head said you are going to marry that man. Desert Storm got in the way of marrying, but we married after he returned.

Jun 22nd 2010 11:23PM I couldn't stand her from the start. I thought she was way to immature for Jake. I read that Ali may very well not choose anyone on this season. Who knows, maybe Jake and Ali are going to find their way back together.

As far as being Gay, Jake is the only one that can answer that, and he doesn't owe any of us an explanation.

He deserved the standing ovation because his performance was definitely out of the norm for Tom Cruise. I wish him all the best, and just maybe he has learned to not take life so seriously from now on.

May 28th 2010 11:57PM Huntsville has the highest landing and take off fee per flight. The majority of passengers are Federal Employees. So they know that the Government is going to pay the fees.

I worked at the airport. Approximately 85 to 90% are federal employees flying out or coming home.

Apr 25th 2010 5:34PM Rualibfool, you are right about Freddie, Fannie, Barney, etc. There are videos on You Tube showing where President Bush warned that there were major problems with both Freddie and Fannie. Each time, Barney was quick to say there was no problem. Even when President Bush told them that something had to be done to bring them under control, Barney still insisted there was not a problem. I am sure that many could see the videos and still blame President Bush. I hope Barney is ready for a nice long vacation because I hope that he will be gone come November elections.

Apr 24th 2010 1:48AM From one Annie to another, I see no reason why you can't or shouldn't have either a written or mental list of what you want in a partner. It took me 3 marriages to get it right. Going on 19 years now. That is because I finally had certain expectations that had to be filled before I would go down the marriage road again. Besides, men do the same thing. They might not be as freely to admit as women are. By having expectations, you are not wasting your time or their's, along with their money. Believe me in the long run they will respect you for that. Feb 25th 2010 11:41PM Diana, you hit the nail on the head. I fully get your drift on Sterns. I'm sure it's right along with my thoughts. He would be the death of Idol. Ellen is more than qualified to be a judge. She did her time in the trenches, and knows what sacrifices you must make in order to make it to the top.

It's not just about being the best singer of the season. It's about staying power, and I believe that Ellen can go a long way teaching the contestants that.
