Ramen Noodle Recipes to Turn Cheap Dough into Haute Cuisine {Asylum}

Jan 7th 2008 7:54PM In college, my roommate came up with this Ramen recipe. I thought it sounded gross, but it was cheap, so I tried it and I've been hooked ever since. Prepare Ramen noodles according to package directions, ditch the flavor packet. Put a few tablespoons of your favorite shredded cheese in the bottom of a bowl. Drain the noodles and put them in the bowl with the cheese. Top with soy sauce to taste. Delicious!!
