Did Lady Gaga Wet Her Pants on Stage? {PopEater}

Jun 21st 2011 9:20PM Article title: Did Lady Gaga Wet Her Pants on Stage?
2 Answers: Do we want to know, and, Do we really care?

With the picture of her used for the article I think the important question whether she is intentionally trying to look like Marilyn Manson.

She started out exhibiting alot of style in her videos (as in Poker Face and Paparazzi) but has gone straight to shock value/crap since. Sad because she was an instant hit and didn't need go the Marilyn Manson/Kiss route AFTER getting there.

A Kitchen Makeover Via Black, White and...Roosters? {Shelterpop}

Jun 9th 2011 9:27PM I agree with you. Back when HGTV actually had shows about redoing your rooms and not just buying or selling a house, I noticed many times that if a room had color the designer when to neutrals, if a bed was parallel to the walls they'd angle it (sometimes even if the room was too small for it), neutral colors: tons of it in the redoe. I think alot of designers just redec to whatever opposite extreme so the paying client thinks they've gotten tons for their money!

Police Use Pepper Spray to Subdue 8-Year-Old at School {ParentDish}

Apr 6th 2011 8:57PM So mom says he has issues going from unstructured to structured situations but ONLY at school, so why doesn't he have issues at home or anywhere else when taken from play to getting ready for bed, dinner table, homework, lights out or any other of a million daily situations? I don't buy it. Frankly I think he's discovered at school he can act out, won't be punished, and now after threatening to kill people he's a freakin' tv star showing off his new hobby of collecting toy guns! Wow, wonder what excuses mom will come up with when he starts mutilating and killing animals.

And I support the cops who stopped this little snot from destroying any more public property than he already did! Hope mom has to pay for it. They stopped him cold in his tracks without touching him because if they had and he'd claimed hurt while resisting, mom would be looking for money on top of the 15 minutes of fame she's already desparetely seeking.

Costco Stops Selling 12 Imperiled Fish Under Pressure From Greenpeace {WalletPop}

Feb 26th 2011 8:01PM The hypocracy of their use of gas guzzling hot rod boats while they spout "green" fuel to everyone else leads me to despise them and the strongarm tactics and downright BS only enflame issues. I do not admire Costco for its decision either.

Parents Try to Scare Daughter With Trip to Police, but They're the Ones Busted {ParentDish}

Feb 25th 2011 1:53AM My daughter once threatened to call child welfare on me for not allowing her to do something with friends that I was not comfortable about for lack of parental supervision. I told her to go right ahead and better yet that I would call them for her but to think about how I would be sleeping in my own bed that night and go to work as usual the next day and hang out with my friends. On the other hand, she might get removed by child welfare "for her own good" and would NOT be sleeping in her own bed, going to her regular school or hanging out with her friends. Needless to say she did not call them and never threatened me with that again!

The Perils of Extreme Couponing {WalletPop}

Jan 16th 2011 9:22AM WalletPop:
In reading the comments section there were so many addressed directly to the Krazy Coupon Lady that maybe you should think about giving her her very own spot on your website. She could tell people how to start, organize it, showcase a few savings or redeemables in each article, etc. So many people don't know how it's done (myself included) that it might be a very popular page.

Minute Makeover: An Easy Eat-In Kitchen {Shelterpop}

True, but the film captures more "things" angles that I want to see that might not make it into a flat picture. Sometimes what really catches my eye is not even a part of the article; a piece of jewelry, a picture frame, extraneous piece of furniture or wood finish. Flat pictures just don't do that as well. But you are oh so right about the commercial aspect.
