Oh, where to start.

Freedom of Speech means the GOVERNMENT cannot pass a law outlawing things to say, nor can they punish you for what you do say.

The Catholic Church, SLU, hell, The Ringling Brothers Circus.... none of these are the government, they are private entities, and thus the Freedom Of Speech argument is pointless, since it doesn't apply.

Oh, and uh.... next time you trot out the "I guess this ISN'T America" tactic.... you might wanna do some research. Freedom of Speech is in the FIRST amendment, not the Fourth. Fourth is Freedom from Unlawful Search and Seizure. ;)
