Jun 6th 2008 10:33AM With a family of 6 we look forwad to the dollar menus in todays economy especially. With gas prices sorring higher and higher everyday, when we want a rare quick bite out, we stop at McDonalds for a cheap and affordable meal. If they discontinue them, then Taco Bell will gain all of our business in the future for sure.

Apr 10th 2008 9:56PM Being a Termite Inspector, I can tell you that if the Bank posted a notice even then it was already to late, Termites being that they primarily live under ground can do years worth of damage before you even know they are there. As a matter of fact, sometimes it could be 5 years or longer. What happens is that termites will eat and eat and eat until the colony has no more room or is to large to now support itself, they then send out the swarm to reproduce and start a new colony elsewhere on another house or building, it could be the same building or anywhere, as a matter of fact one termite colony can eat on multiple homes or structures at one time, they claim within 300 feet. So, if this poor man has lost his lifes savings, it is because the bank was to cheap to have an inspector come in yearly and do an inspection, unfortunately that is the case for many, and by then it is to late. Think about this, a "Termite" can eat 1 foot of 2x4 in 180 days. That is 1 termite. Now if the problem has been there awhile, think about the damage that would be there. Food for thought.

No birthday cakes for these school kids {That's Fit}

Apr 10th 2008 11:35AM Now think about what you said "Now kids have a cheeseburger, fries and a milkshake then go home and play videogames all evening"....it is the same parents who make that choice, not the kids, and then complain about 1 stupid little cupcake, like its going to end the world if they eat 1. I agree with another comment I read, that Birthdays only come once a year, and so what if they eat one cupcake, I'm sure that the burger, fries and shake will wash it down once they return home. So how about we worry about the important stuff and leave the cupcake alone! And yes I have kids...4 of them all of which are very active and healthy and might I add I bring in cupcakes every birthday every year and offer other snacks to those who can't due to allergies. So, complain about it, I really don't care, because this world is out of control with all of this BS. We have people trying to change "Our constitution" and you worry about a cupcake. We have people saying there shouldn't be religion in schools, and you worry about a cupcake. Please GET REAL! This is our country, if we went to their country and demanded we make them change their ways becasue we live there do you really think they would? NO! Quit worrying about the 50 calories he/she may consume over 1 cupcake and worry about the 650+ you just fed him for dinner at your favorite fast food place. News Flash it isn't the cupcake that's making them fat, it's all the othr crap in our food that is. Why not ask the government to ask the farmers and food makers to stop adding hormones and chemicals to our foods.....yeah didn't think so.......

Everyone thought the Giants were gonna loose, but then they turned around and made headline news.

Brady was acting like a cocky jerk, that was until the Giants kept making him eat the dirt.

Moss thought he was all big and bad, until Webster and the Giants others blocked his as*!

Feb 4th 2008 9:39AM My husband and I both couldn't believe the lack of sportsmanship with the Pats towards the Giants at the end of the game. They are the sorest loosers of all the NFL history! I agree with many of the comments below, the Pats do lie, cheat and steal alot of their victories, and their blatant arogance is what gets us going. They thought they were to good, well, that is what happens when you let your ego go to your head, another, much better team, a team who knows what TEAM effort means, a team who had their hearts in it, not their wallets. We are Steelers fans, but when it came down to these two at the end, we were cheering for the GIANTS all the way! Good job GIANTS, congrats on your well deserved victory! As for the sorry cheating PATS, hope you choke on your words through next season as well.
