I just finished my contract with the united states army and came home from iraq and are receive my benefits due to hard time finding work that does not make me lazy. I was with you on everything else you said until you bashed unemployment you have to work to receive it not sit home all day.

She wanted to leave along time ago but hung it there for the kids. Now he can no longer provide for kids and if you chose to read the article she does not want any monetary relife. That is when you know a real women is truly fed up. Now she will have to be the the sole provider because of her husbands poor money mangement. It is easy to throw stones at a glass house. She has said publicly for years she needs a divorce she can no longer take the infidelity. I believe she should of got herself together a long time ago and left that loser. But I am not in her shoes to wonder why she did not.

Mar 24th 2009 8:01AM Market anaylsis does not only dictate the price. An apprasier is sent out to determine the home value. It is easy to sit down and say that when you are not a licensed agent ( which you maybe but based on your response an agent wouldnt state that) . They also factor in a comparitive analysis of the prices in the area which it sold for , and the ones the didnt sell the price and how long it was kept on the market. Now every agency is different but I am licensed in NY, NJ, MD, VA and this has not been the case. Everyone is quick to bash the agent when a ad is made like this notice that is one company not everyone. What happen to also doing your own diligence when finding a home. As a broker, investor, buyer and seller Yes there is alot of agents who will do that to make a sale. This has never been the case with agents I have or I know because at the end of the day I want a company run on professionalism and integrity. But that is just me. But for you to say an apprasial is not done is far from the truth . That is why we have licensed appraisals. I dnt know what you experienced to make a comment like that but you have not seen the way every office is ran.

Mar 1st 2009 11:51PM Josh that is easier said then done ..... I am in the military and see it all the time. What about the women who take her partner to be tested before intimacy then what he can cheat at any given time regardless of test results I have seen it first hand. Met a wife living with Hiv because of her husband cheating on her while we served together. I always require testing but please remember some diseases lie dormant before it shows up. So dnt be so quick to judge the girl . He knew he had it for 25 yrs and did not think it was important to disclose just like my female friend who has it for 30 yrs and stilll never tells.

Her excuse is everyone does not need to know. I dnt know how she can live with herself if she passes it to someone else. I would not be able too. Sad.

Dec 21st 2008 5:35AM Being in the army as a female supporting my boyfriend while he got on his feet. I would say the worst gift I ever got is when my boyfriend took all my gifts I gave to him and gave it to another women and her family. And me not get anything. I am not materilistic but I would of took a home made card because I know it is the time you share needless to say. I pregnant with his child but the best gift was given birth to her later on that yr. So even though hes never to been seen . I could not of asked for a greater gift that I love and adore.
