Texas A&M Recruit Tobi Oyedeji Dead After Car Accident {Fanhouse NCAA Basketball Blog}

May 17th 2010 8:03PM My sister was recently killed in a car accident and the newspaper reporters published an article with many untrue "facts" they ended up retracting the article because they were wrong. Newspapers print the first story they hear to get it to the paper as soon as the next day. So what we read isn't always factual. It is a very sad story for both victims. I am truly sorry to hear for the loss of both lives. People who post nasty and negative comments on blogs need to really think about what they are typing because nobody is promised tomorrow... He and she were both someones child, friend or loved one. Neither one deserved to die. Life isn't fair it was an accident.

May 29th 2008 1:16PM I want to put this lady up in front if a room full of parents and have her humiliated. I am not sure what judge decided that this case was not abusive. Any child who is put on display in front of 20 or so peers and a grown adult with a college degree and is treated like a piece of garbage appears to be abused by my standards. I am not sure who sets the standards but this little boy is a person and will one day be an adult and he is going to make decsions that will affect others. So our job as parents, teachers and strong figures is to set the standard for these kids and I feel that what this lady did will have long terms effects on this child so to me to just fire her is not enough she will never leave the mind of that child and niether will that moment so I would like to know what judge thinks that it's not abusive. I hope that parents at this school will take extreme measures to make sure this never happens again.

Feb 23rd 2008 3:21AM Give a person and inch and they will take a mile! While this may sound like a fix it only opens up another risk! STI's. This may sound appealing, being able to put a hold on unwanted pregnancy but what about HIV or HPV or the other infections that are spread from person to person through unprotected sex?! A person needs to be taught to be responsible for themselves and their own actions! I was pregnant at nineteen and while it was a tough lesson to learn it has made me a better adult. I would not condone this but every parent knows what is best for their child.
