Lawsuit claims rampant sex harassment, race discrimination at N.Y. Post {Daily Finance}

Nov 12th 2009 10:34AM Some how these claims don't really suprise me. Murdoch is a sexist and a right-wing nut case, which then it does follow that he and his staff who think the same way, would do these things. Not that all liberals are free from behaving this way, either.... But, it seems that many of them, chose not to...rather they tend to show their women co-worker's more respect in general. That being said, I have always wondered why males in the work place think that is ok to treat the women in their work place in this manner? After all everyone working for any company is or should be there for the same reason, to work productively for the overall good of that company in hopes it will continue to be viable so all can keep their jobs and support themselves and their families. To do otherwise is distructive.

Judge Shuts Down Joe Jackson, Who Accuses Son's Executors of Fraud {Popeater}

Nov 11th 2009 12:08PM Joe Jackson is and always has been a greedy twit of a sorry man. He only forced his kids into show business to avoid working like the rest of us... From what several of his own children and his estranged wife, he is a real control freak and not a very nice person. Hey, Joe, why don't you go to work at a Wal-Mart as a greeter like so many eldery have had to do to make extra money to survive. Stop living off of your children for once. Stand up like a real man and get a J O B!!! And stop trying to bully everyone around you including Katherine and your kids...and your grandkid's. You are a jerk.

New York Republicans Consider Punishing Dede Scozzafava for Backing Dem {Politics Daily}

Nov 6th 2009 2:43PM If they decide to boot her from their party, I know there is plenty of room under the Democratic tent for her and we would welcome her into our tent, too. So, Ms. Dede Scozzafov, think about moving parties. I am sure you could be very happy in the Democratic one. The only looser in this would be those nasty, mean hearted, narrow minded, ultra conservative Republican's who have no room for a free thinker or one who can think for themselves. The Republcan's are going to loose big in 2010 and in 2012 if they stay with the Rush's, Palin's and Robertson's of the Republican Party...because it isn't a Grand Ole Party any longer. Old Abe must be rolling over in his grave seeing what the ultra conservatives have done to his party....he would now be a strict Democrat, I am sure.

Sex Tape Unravels Former Beauty Queen {TMZ}

Nov 5th 2009 4:14PM Carrie Prejean and the Christian right seem to hold a double standard...one for them and one for the rest of us folks. She made a bad judgement call about gay marriages....and mind you I am straight...and have been married to my hubby now for 43 years... and she paid the price for choosing to be so judgemental, then failing to due her duties for the Miss California folks and her fake breasts, too...and now these sex tapes...and if there is one, it's my guess there well could be more. I applaud TMZ for withholding them from public viewing. I don't have any problem with the Miss California folks for using them against her in the lawsuit. If these had come out during her rein it would have been very, very damaging. She signed a paper saying she had never done this sort of thing...yet it seems she has. Shame on her and her double standards.

10 Former TV Child Stars Who Aren't Crackheads {Inside TV Blog}

Oct 23rd 2009 12:49PM You forgot the young woman of "Fact's Of Life" like my cousin Lisa Whelchel who is married to a Baptist minister and lives in Texas now, writes books on children and her belief system and raises her three children. None of those young ladies, Kim Fields, Lisa, Nancy McKeon or Mindy Cohen have done drugs or had probelms with law enforcement. Not all kids who grow up on TV have major problems...Blossom is another who turned out just great. It's the parents and the set conditions that make the difference.

Time to Eat the Dog? Just Think About It, Say 'Sustainable Living' Authors {Pawnation}

Oct 22nd 2009 4:58PM If this broad thinks that I would ever even think of eating either of my "babies" aka my Westie and my Peek, then she is nuts. Dogs are very smart and have feelings....they have been known to save human lives. We are not living back in the day of Descart or Homer where people didn't believe that dogs had any feelings at all. As far as I am concerned, my dogs each have a soul, too... It would be like killing one of my human children to eat. She is barking up the wrong tree. Just ask the Dog Whisperer. Dogs are here to teach us compassion and how to be calm.

Palin Op-Ed Blasts Obama: A Prelude to 2012? {Politics Daily}

Jul 14th 2009 4:58PM If I have been reading the papers in Alaska online correctly, Palin wasn't doing a good job with Alaska's finances or anything else for that matter... so I don't think this woman has any room to talk. Every time she opens her mouth, she sticks her foot it in... and then there is the matter of being a quitter... she didn't even have enough guts to stick out her governorship of Alaska and fight her battles to get things done...rightly or wrongly. She is a LOOSER plain and simple.

Donald Trump sues town for $100 million {BloggingStocks}

Dec 23rd 2008 12:25PM The "Donald" is an arrogant little prick and a "know it all" or at least he think's he does.... I am sick of hearing about him and his big mouth. Many developers can do the same thing as he does and do so quitely and not with the antagonisms that Mr. Trump creates for all around him. He is just to full of himself for my taste and for many other's, too.
Donald go find yourself a corner and stay in it. The World can do without your big mouth and it's unnecessary comments, too.

If automakers get a bailout, should NASCAR die? {Autoblog}

Dec 18th 2008 3:23PM I really don't care one way or another, except that if it does survive it should do so without the "Big 3" and our tax dollars... If companies who have not taken any bailout money want to continue to support it, that is fine.... Just NOT on the taxpayer's dime. I watch it sometimes...but in this day of tight fuel costs, maybe the could us fuel that something other than oil based and help in the developement of fuel effencient cars and renewable resources while they are at it. At least then we would keep a "sport" and improve the enviornement, too.

Top Goldman Sachs (GS) execs take no bonuses {BloggingStocks}

Nov 17th 2008 9:29AM Well it looks like one of the companies who we the American Taxpayers helped bailout got the message for now... How long it lasts is anyone's guess. Me thinks that they need to cut their income, too... if even by 25,000 or 50,000 a year, it would help...if not more... Let's hope a couple of other companies follow suit... From the looks of it, AIG won't be playing follow the leader... they still don't get it.
