It's a Plague, and like all good plagues, its sucking the life and fun outta this ball we call earth. Round up the victims/carriers, quarentine them, and "Protect" then for everyone's 'Safety'. May 15th 2008 3:36AM Something a few women Touched on, but didn't full elaborate, and something 99% of guys won't even think about, let alone ignoring.
Women and men operate on different levels. There can be an emotional attachment, a spiritual attachment, and a mental attachment in addition to the more Obvious physical.
If a woman is Mentally arroused, you are more than halfway there. Find what thoughts get her going, she may or may not Tell you. But if you watch something 'suggestive' not neccessarily pornographic, just 'suggestive' and she responds well, it's more than likely because she liked the 'idea' of sex, and was influenced, or maybe she saw something she wanted to Try!
And kudos to those who mentioned a 'warm-up' time for a woman's body. Arrousal isn't just a male's physical reaction, women have a Physical response as well (They just don't get embarrased in Public places by theirs..)
Take it slow, and get them Physically in the mood after that mental level is reached. You'll be rewarded (and hopefully not hit anything important...)

Parents expect Discipline to come from the school? That's fine, but it will make class days Longer.
A number of other countries already use some of these ideas; but a use of multiple might be ideal.
1) Martial Arts as a Part of the School curiculum. Start at 1st grade, and continue all the way up till graduation. pre-k (however early you wish to start your child) up to first and through, Guided meditation and yoga classes (Until they feel comfortable being self-guided)
2) No School Buses. Period. Parents Drop the Kids off, Parents Pick the Kids Up. (With the longer hours, it's feasible) This cuts down unsupervised time amongst children.
3) All Teachers Armed/Armoered. 9mm Glock, and CAPS armor. (or a variation there of) Want to cut down school Shootings? Armed Teachers, and Patrol Officers in the Hallways.
4) Martial Arts Cnt: Hand to hand through all elementary. Wood Weapons in Middle/Junior High. (Melee as well as Missile) IE: Bow and Arrow, Bow Staff, Boken, etc. Metal Weapons In High School, to Include marksmanship. For every 5 stundents with a rifle, 1 'instructor' with a handgun. (To prevent 'accidents')
5) Before Elementary Graduation: Test for Areas of Interest and Prowess. Science majors, will major in science through middle/high school. mathematics, same deal. More specialized schooling to target specific skills per child. Being 'well-rounded' is great and well. But teaching the hammer to cleave meat, and the knife to hammer nails doesn't make much sense. You wouldn't want your Doctor to have as many classes in biology as woodshop, would you?
6) After High School Graduation (Summer Break still in play) 2 years Minimum military commitment. Afterward free college (Just like the commercials folks.) If you wish to return to Military service as an Officer, good for you, if you want to stay enlisted, Great. If you want to become a working memember of Society, that's good too!
7) Citizenship: This applies to people bred and born here, as well as people wanting to immigrate. You aren't considered a 'Citizen' until after your first service commitment has cleared. You want Rights? Earn Them!

This will add to the discipline of all the people in our country, as well as their physical conditioning and health.
I've also got a plan for the prison system too...

Regardless of Age: if you want to drink, drink. If you want to smoke, smoke. But it is going to be your OWN money to buy it. Work for your money.

People talk about the down sides of drugs. Everything has negative side effects in a world where sitting in your home on the computer can eventually give you cancer (Radon anyone?)

Make Drugs legal, and tax the devil out of it. (The GOV needs money, and it would make more jobs) Regualte what goes into it.

This may come off as cruel and callused, but let DARWIN work for us. If a kid is too dumb to consider what his/her actions will reap, then experience will come there way. If the parent didn't teach that child properly, better luck on the middle child!

If you 'want' to smoke, drink or do drugs, you can deal with working, so can afford your luxuries.

Lower the age to 18? No, just drop the law completly, same with smoking and drugs. The morons of society will kill themselves off, and the cream will rise to the top. Taxes make gov money, new Legal products and new Legal consumers will help revenue, and new Jobs will help our economy.

Just a thought...
