Apr 15th 2008 10:26PM Really? Is this woman serious? Because if her daughter has a phone than I can practically guarantee that she has gotten texts or pictures that promote sex more than that card. And if anyone doesn't want their kid getting this card, than they obviously just shouldn't buy it for them. She can't stop what other people buy for her daughter and if she is this worked up about it, than she doesn't trust her daughter enough to feel that she would know better than to get involved with someone who would give this card to her if they weren't in a committed relationship (and most people probably wouldn't give it to anyone who was not a significant other, because that is just plain skeezy). So this is her problem. I think that the card is kinda cute and would definitely give it to my boyfriend just to make him laugh.

Apr 2nd 2008 4:14PM I personally feel that it is a matter of choice, and if they choose to remain virgins until they feel completely ready, then good for them! I personally have, and its because the college hook-up scene is just too much of not enough. There's one night stands while drunk, with people you just met, and its risking too much for something that "feels good." There are a lot of other things people do that feels good (cigarettes, drugs, etc.) that aren't good for you, and most of the time thats what sex is in the party scene: not good for you. I'd rather wait, and be in a relationship to have sex than to go around sleeping with random guys because its fun and feels good, so that I can graduate without being pregnant and without any STD's that seem to spread like wildfire around my campus.
