They could be better monitored and the food as well.
A burden is placed on all the children in this school as well as the parents, as well as the teachers and staff.
Why are the parents of little Ms. Bailey throwing their child into possible harms way. Seems that the parents of Ms. Bailey have little regard for everyone else at the school.
If it were my child, I would rather not send her to a public school knowing that everyday there is potential for disaster. Apparantly the parents here are passing off their burden on everyone else.
If a child is lets say sensitive to light, do we turn off all the lights on everyone else.

This is a good idea. Bicyclists who use walkways and streets should be required to license and have some form of insurance. Why not.
Most bicyclists I encounter rarely if ever stop at lights. Riding on the sidewalks is equally enjoyable for pedestians who must quickly decide which way to move to avoid being struck.
They seem to enjoy running red lights. But when they get hit, they cry it wasn't my fault.
Quick- off to the ER at the taxpayers expense.
