Dec 4th 2008 9:01PM They are fooling you. I work for Wal-Mart. If the item scans more than it is, then you are suppose to get that item for $3 less anyway. That has been the way for YEARS. This isn't a real settlement. LOL. A lot of people don't know this. Besides, you don't complain when the item rings up LESS than what the shelf says....
