Builders would have to apply through HUD and the constrction money would be governmet loan guaranteed but he builders would have to hire people who are currently unemployed.

Males of every species *(and we are NOT different) are hard wired to spread the seeds (genes) to as many females as possible. Today's birth control is irrelevant to this natural inclination.

Females are drawn to men who are physically attractive BUT who also appear to be good providers to the offspring.

The American rules on marriage have never been practiced in Europe and the pain the women endure is of over rated expectations.
