Sep 12th 2008 7:22PM Hi Carol, I amthere with you, something is terribly wrong, greedy people will step on others to get ahaed. My mortgage co. told me that I would be eligible for a new loan with FHA only if I am 60 days late . I believed them and when I got the response on the new loan, they told me I don't qualify, the company lied to me. Why? I don't know. I am surprised people don't start some kind of uprising and demand that the liers pay punitive damages or correct their wrong someway, but our government helps the cheeters and the crooks.
