May 1st 2009 8:54PM May 24th 2001 I lost my mother. We were best friends. I still miss her so very much.What I would give for just one more day with her.There is not a day that I do not think of her. I know I was lucky to have her as my mother.She did without so many things so that her children could have what they needed.
All 6 of us. I wish that everyone could feel the same kind of love and happiness with their mother. Trust me, you WILL miss her when she is gone.Forget the petty stuff and just give her a hug and kiss and tell her you love her before it is to late.

Forget Burgers and Dogs, It's Beer-Can Chicken Time {Asylum}

Jun 18th 2008 9:20PM When we make the beer butt chicken we but 1/3 lb. Jimmy Dean hot sausage inside and 1/4 onion in the neck. We usually make 6 to 8 at a time and we cook them in the gas smoker for about 6 hours. we usually use pecan wood and we put frozen apple juice in the water pan with the water.To test for doneness,twist the leg and if it comes off easily, it is ready to eat.
