Prolific Italian Upskirt Photographer Arrested {Asylum}

May 18th 2008 12:30PM Regarding the guy to took photo's in Italy: When I was a youth I would often drop my pencil to get a view of the scenery while picking it up. I hope there's a statute of limitation on this past behavior of mine around 40 years ago --- otherwise they may throw me in the slammer. I will admit that this guys behavior is a bit perverted. Maybe they should just take away his camera for 20 years and in some way prevent him from buying another one. If he wasn't able to view his own photo's, then he would need to go to YouTube and view the one's there.
