Folks, I won a health club for the past 15 years and have trained thousands of people of all walks of life with all types of disabilities. To train the way she does on TV would do one thing to me, put me out of business ans in jail. Even is she has the best certs. in the country and the Gold Standard is the (ACSM) from the "Amreican Collage of Sports Medicine & exercise Science" she should not train the way she does. it is for TV, for Show and many will get hurt. Who will pay the price is her and the producers of he show and anyoe else conected to it, they have the deep pockts! Find out where she is certifide from and from whom and when? are they up to date, does she have a CPR certificate from the American Red Cross? what happens if someone keels over ar e they going to yell! Call 911! irit will be to late for that, they need a paramedic and an ambulance outside the stage door and the medics in the stage with paddles. Is this show worht it! my God what will they do next for show and money! You want to lose weight safely!
