Is 'Jersey Shore' the Perfect Reality Show? {Asylum}

Jan 5th 2010 7:10PM This show is like one of those really really really weird porn videos where you know the thing is pretty disgusting and that somewhere, somehow you know it'll kill something inside of you...but you have to keep watching otherwise you'll never know who just might be the next runner up for the Darwin Awards. I watch the show and get a little upset that these are my fellow Italians but then i realize, 1) I'm a Canadian Italian (hoping there's a difference) and 2)Majority of people aren't retarded and won't look to this as a window into Italian culture. Is it offensive? Only if you're a douche. We don't have guidos here up with the igloos and dogsleds. Here, mostly everything is just douche. So Jersey Shore is a looking glass into a whole different breed of douche. The show is stupidly funny because you say to your self? Can there really be a crab-people like society walking around with ridiculously stupid nicknames because they think it makes them out of some really gay gangster movie or even a touch unique? And when you see Snookie #234 fall flat on her bloated cheek face or Some tangerine steroid bag with CADILLAC inked on his side slapping the concrete floor to some bass you'll just laugh "what a douche" and then discover that watching the show was just like that debate scene in Billy Madison.

Jan 21st 2009 3:09PM Alright, get ready for this. There was this girl i was seeing when i
was around 18 or 19. She wasn't half bad looking, she just had some
weird situation with her eye. So we were in her room one night and after we
finished playing "see what can fit in the "hole"" we smoked a J and i go out of
her room to get some brewshkies. I was completly naked walking in her
house when someone calls me over. It was her father sitting on the
couch in the dark. I got so freaked out and the first thing that
popped into my head was that i wasn't ever going to get those beers
alive. He tells me to take a seat and i am freakin petrified. I cover
my junk and take a seat across from him. He hands me a glass with
whiskey and a cigarette. And we started having a conversation. It was
the most awkward thing i have ever experienced. I didn't know whether
he was blind or retarded. We were talking for close to a half hour
before he asked me what i was doing with his daughter. I didn't know
how to answer him. I guess he understood i couldn't answer him so he
sent me off back into his daughters room. It was ridiculously
uncomfortable. Eventually things between me and her got serious and i
attended one of her family parties. And the father was telling
everyone about that night and the whole family was laughing asking if
i gave it to her good..............the relationship soon ended.
