Dec 28th 2011 1:13PM I disagree. I always have a coat on my little poodle and it makes the world of difference. She does have little boots, but haven't used them on her this year yet. A coat DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE regardless of what's on their paws or not.

May 21st 2011 10:51AM Does anyone know of a Deet-free, anti-flea, anti-mosquito, anti-tick spray for dogs that is safe? I can't use Frontline Plus on my pup anymore because it causes her to shake and it has negative neurological effects. I know, because after my pup (rescue who is 12-13 y.o.) had the shakes after using Frontline on her last year, I told my vet and he said "yes, that can happen." So, why are they still making that product if it causes neurological problems? Anyway, I've been using on me and my pup, Avon Skin-So-Soft. I put it on a paper towel, lightly, and spread it on areas she won't be able to get to. It seems to work. But, I'd like to be sure it won't harm her..

May 3rd 2011 11:28PM I read Cary Grant's biography a few years ago and it was stupendous. It was well-written and slightly touched on the fact that he might have been gay. But in the end, what did it matter? He had quirky traits like everyone else, but he tried most of his life to live up to the "Cary Grant" image. He once said "I wish I WAS Cary Grant." Mar 4th 2011 10:04AM My last house I had the air ducts cleaned and it made a world of difference in my house and breathing. I also don't agree with the air fresheners. Sometimes, you do NEED to spray the air or use the ones that plug in the outlets to freshen up the air. Winter air is stale and you can't open the windows, so that's the next best thing. But, I DO open my windows before pollen season, to get the stale air out. Vacuuming too often brings up dust and dirt so vacuuming is a matter of how dirty your house is. So vacuum, maybe, twice a month rather than 4 times/month. Dusting is important also to do every week pertaining to your air output from your furnace. Use common sense people. Most of that crap is from somene who has no experience owning a home and just spits out their opinion without scientific evidence to back up their "opinions." I take these "opinions" very loosely and make up my own mind from my own experiences.
