Jun 8th 2011 2:34PM Wear whatever suits you. An athletic 60 year old can wear whatever she wants, but a 300 pound 20 year old might want to think twice. There are no age limits for clothing, but body shape and size can be a limitation. I'm slender, but I don't wear pencil skirts because they make me look square. Wear what's comfortable? No one should wear stilettos or high heels in the first place, although I saw an elderly lady wearing a pair and she looked lovely. This article is silly, and the writer should be ashamed. My mother is in her fifties and she is in better shape than 95% of people my age (early 20's). My mother does not wear minis (she works in a school), but she wears skirts above her knees.

Sep 20th 2010 1:36PM All that I expect from a man financially; is financial stability. Everyone (almost) has student loans and debt, but a person who is not responsible with his finances would not make a good match for me. I'm not wasteful or frivolous, therefore an extravagant partner wouldn't work well with me. I don't think that this article just applies to men, women are often also financially unhealthy. We all make mistakes, but a partner's bad habits can ruin a relationship and cause undue stress.

This article is all common sense in my opinion. Before marrying or becoming involved with someone it is prudent to share one's financial history. I see marriage as an equal partnership where everything relevant is shared; and one's financial situation is important!

Mar 19th 2009 12:38PM Pardon me, but does "old school " mean ignorant in this context? Do you know what these innocent animals suffer from all of their lives? At least the animals suffering in factory farms are used for food. I've never appreciated disgusting displays of extravagance and fur is no exception. There are plenty of faux and vintage furs which do not promote cruelty towards innocent lives.

Mar 17th 2009 12:51PM Directing blacks towards more bad food choices is never a good thing. Eating fried foods with an excess of calories is never good. The whole issue is silly but the underlying context is that this is "black food". It doesn't have to be black food and it shouldn't be. I don't appreciate the fact that this German company is insinuating that the common food of blacks is fried! Obama probably eats better than 75% of the black population in the United States and this makes him an unlikely mascot of a junk food! It's pure irony.

Mar 10th 2009 12:56PM I couldn't agree more. I prefer a sense of style which doesn't have to change with the seasons. If a dress is good it should be always nice! Celebrities have lots of money to waste but I do not.

Waist size doesn't mean everything because often some people do not have a very defined waist but they are still quite healthy. Remember that there are different body types therefore various waist sizes for even people of the same height and similar weight. I think that you should have listed the heights of the women for better comparison.
