My son is in the Army and when he came home from basic, before he shipped out, strangers were coming up to him, to shake his hand and thank him for his service. People were offering to pay for his meals at restaurants. What a selfish bunch of ingrates you people have become. You enjoy your lifestyle and freedoms because of what these people do, and no not all of them signed up willingly. Even if they did, it was because they love their country and wanted to do what they could. Selfish ingrates, that's what you are! Shame on you!

We have become a nation of selfish self serving people. That place makes so much money that it would not hurt them in the least to admit our service men and women for free. If nothing else, out of gratitude for their service to their country. It would also generate good publicity for their park.

I see nothing wrong with what this young man did. As a matter of fact, I commend him for giving recognition to his family who stood behind him in his goal.

All of you who seem to think there is nothing wrong with it, are the reason why this world is going to hell in a hand basket. Read your history. The Roman Empire destroyed itself from the inside and it was due entirely to the same attitude many of you have, anything goes. A society needs to have a set of ethics and morals, rules to live by if you will, in order to remain healthy. When people eschew these values a society begins to deteriorate. History is repeating itself, it's only a matter of time til this "empire" falls.

Jun 16th 2009 9:59AM While I agree that sex is a healthy thing (if proper precautions are taken) our children should not have to be exposed to it. It is up to each parent to decide when their children are ready to be told about sex. When it is displayed on a billboard like that we have no choice but to look at it, our children as well. Very poor judgement on behalf of the advertisers. I am in no way a prude but I believe sex belongs in the bedroom, not displayed for our children to see.

She contemplated suicide more than once, that is until God sent her and Angel in the form of a little orange striped tabby kitten. It took her mind off her problems and gave her something to care for and about. He is not so little anymore but is still love just as much. Pets are therapeutic, you can bank on it.

First of all it was a woman who gave birth who wants to be a man who wants to be a woman, whew! Every time you turn around people are wanting to change their sex. What the heck is wrong with the way God made you! These people have deep psychological issues that no amount of butchering their bodies will cure. God made us the way we are for a reason, so that a man and a woman can procreate, period. The fact that people follow like sheep any time the media or so called experts say it is normal and fine to feel like you're trapped in the wrong body exasperates me. It is not normal, never will be, sorry but there it is. Easier to do whatever you want these days though. That's why God made laws for us to follow. Easier to say God does not exist so you can behave any way you want. Lol, someday you'll find out, when it's too late.
