Choosing the Right Wine to Go with Your Fast Food {Asylum}

Wine with food has always been a daunting task for some, it really shouldn't be as the most important part is ensuring you actually like the wine in the first place. From my experience so many people try wines with food recommended by so called experts which are so unsuitable for their palate that they cannot possibly enjoy the pairing.
What is most important is to try a wide range of wines of different styles from the sweetest to the driest without food, then to experiment. I am personally quite fortunate as I like a wide range of wines from the sweetest to the driest so what I tend to do is go with what I fancy at the time, sometimes, I would match a really dry white with seafood and other times I would fancy a light bodied red with the same dish. What is most important is to find out which wines you like then you can go with what you feel like at the time, we are all very different and can't all possibly like the same things!
However, with KFC I tend to like medium dry rose, Burger king I like beaujolais, Pizza hut chianti classico, Kebabs i like Chateauneuf du Pape, However, I can also drink good quality Champagne with any of these!
