Jul 30th 2009 11:43AM I am very happy for the dog and human, but as far as goldies go, I'm not fond of the breed, all the ones that I've met and interacted with just seem to be dumber than dirt, I was at a dog boarding place and there were 5 or six of them, every time a couple dogs would start "arguing" in their own way, I would have to get to them to break it up, these idiotic dogs (the goldies) would be in my way the whole time, wagging their tails (which people seem to love?) and not having a clue of why I'm trying to break a fight up. Maybe its just the females and young males, because older males seem to have a calmer, more relaxed personality. I guess I just love dogs like German Shepherds and Huskies, ones that are independent and intelligent. But the breed does not make the dog, it's his personality and his love for life, I wouldn't be happy if this dog hadn't made it. I just see everyone else's opinions on here and I thought I'd put mine. Hopefully he'll prove the docs wrong and both legs will be back up to 100% soon enough (I've seen happy endings like that).

If that's the Little Bit that was on the video, at least she died like a wild animal and didn't die alone and caged and after a dozen or more births.

Jun 27th 2009 2:37PM Now I don't let my dog sleep on my bed at night, in the morning for a few minutes I let her on there. She pretty much goes everywhere with me, she never begs me, she understands what I'm saying, the differences in most words and knows that I'm alpha to her. I've had her since I found her at 7 months old on the street, she's been my best friend through hell; now she's going to be 11 this year and I'll be 22. People can't even believe that this German Shepherd/Siberian husky is 10 years old, people look at her and think she's only around 3 or 4 years old. When we had lived with my mom, my bed was high enough for her to sleep right under the bed and beneath my pillow where I slept. I wouldn't trade her for the world, my husband calls her my familiar, or kindred, she is definitely my soul mate (well animal soul mate). I seem more like an expert/angel/observer/buddy/free spirit all in one, and she is definitely a free spirit.

This girl is dumb, she talks about most them going to college while working there, well lets see what they're mastering.....hair, nurse (yeah that's so hard). No they'd rather have it easy by dealing with the same shit they dealt with in high school, guys objectifying them and getting all the attention.
